I moved to Philadelphia from Oregon in 1983 to study the cello at the Philadelphia College of Performing Arts (now University of the Arts). I earned a BA in music performance and have been an active freelance cellist in the region since 1987. For me, music and real estate are related. Decades of music practice and performance have trained me to concentrate profoundly. I apply this same laser focus and commitment to my work as a REALTOR®, which has helped me to both succeed personally and to achieve my clients’ goals.
I live in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia with my wife Marjorie and our son, Ben. Ben has Autism Syndrome and works for Popcorn for the People on South Street. Our daughter, Hannah completed her BA in Music Theater at Montclair St University and lives in the New York area where she is living her dream of pursuing a career on Broadway..
I am an Instrument Rated Private Pilot with over 2000 hours of flight time. I own a restored 1960 Beechcraft Bonanza, which is hangared at the Philadelphia Northeast Airport. I use my airplane for business and for charity flying.
